Able to lead the team by being a good team player 6.Good at anaytical skills. take intiatives to control the cost. 7. Good at Decision making related to the work 8.Plan and organise the required resources on time pro-actively for the works planned 9. Able to co-ordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and understand their stake at the project 10. able to un
