Desktop Support/IT Deployment

Job Description: Desktop Support/IT Deployment professionals for an Epic Go-Live project. Responsibilities: Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals. Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs (Workstations on Wheels), and other clinical/IT devices. Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period. Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues. Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support. Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment. Required / Preferred Experience IT hardware/device deployment experience. Desktop, deskside, or field support experience. Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting. Workstation and peripheral configuration. Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting. Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred. Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
