We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to strengthen our Finance & Accounts function and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books.
• Monitor General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Handle GST reconciliations, assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
• Coordinate with statutory authorities for tax-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other regulatory audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial governance.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Analyze business performance and profitability across business units.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to senior management.
• Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

Treasury & Working Capital Management

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and financial documentation.
• Optimize fund utilization and oversee payment cycles.

Team Management

• Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review accounting entries and maintain financial data accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvements and finance automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance, and the Companies Act.
• Understanding of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
• Freshly Qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts will have an added advantage.
• Experience in the Hospitality, Travel, Aviation, Technology, or Service Industry is preferred.
• Exposure to handling statutory compliances, audits, taxation, and multiple business entities will be an added advantage.
