Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Industry: Fasteners Manufacturing

Experience: 6-10 Years

Capital Bolts & Hardwares , a 65+ year legacy in the fasteners manufacturing industry, is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Quality Head to lead our Quality function and drive excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control function.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) .
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
• Plan and conduct Internal & External Audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.
• Monitor Incoming, In-Process, and Final Product Quality to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Minimize customer complaints, rejections, and quality deviations through effective quality controls.
• Develop quality policies, SOPs, inspection standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and Engineering teams to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the Quality team while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

✔ Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.

✔ Hands-on experience in QMS implementation and maintenance .

✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 , Internal & External Audits, CAPA, RCA, SPC, and Quality Improvement Tools.

✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Experience in the Fasteners, Automotive, Engineering, or Industrial Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Lead Auditor or Quality Certifications will be an added advantage.
