A growing New York litigation boutique is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team.
If you're an attorney who wants real ownership of your cases, meaningful courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to grow your trial practice, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Handle:
Manage plaintiff PI cases from intake through resolutionHandle motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and general negligenceTake and defend depositionsDraft pleadings, motions, and discoveryHandle court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiationsPrepare cases for trial and work closely with partners on strategyCommunicate directly with clients and manage your caseload
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of personal injury litigation experiencePlaintiff-side experience strongly preferredNew York Bar admission in good standingStrong litigation skills and the ability to manage cases independentlyTrial experience is a major plus
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $275,000 annually]. xzbcwsv Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
