Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings, including layout plans, working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits to gather measurements, verify dimensions, and document site conditions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and execution teams to incorporate site updates into drawings.
• Ensure drawings are updated based on design revisions, client feedback, and execution requirements.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and assist in quantity estimation for project materials.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability.
• Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and project records systematically.
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies before execution to minimize on-site errors.
• Support project planning by providing technical drawings and execution details.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry practices, and project timelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out drawings, furniture detailing, and construction practices.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Good site measurement and documentation skills.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other documentation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey projects preferred.
• Experience working with residential and commercial interiors is an added advantage.
