What Were Looking For

~2,000 students sign up every month to plan their master's abroad, and we're building an outbound team that actually calls them. We're hiring closers — people who've already survived a high-volume phone floor and want a role where the incentive isn't capped.

We don't care what you've sold. We care how hard you sold it. If you've done inside sales at an edtech, an insurance/insurtech company, a lending or cards business, or a study-abroad firm — and you know your own numbers cold — let's talk.

You're a fit if

• 1–3 years in inside sales / telesales / BDA / academic counselling, in any industry.
• You can quote your own dial count, connect rate and last quarter's incentive without checking.
• You're leaving because your earning got capped or the plan kept changing — not because you're tired of targets.
• You can join within 30 days and work onsite in Bengaluru, 6 days a week.
