FOP & Outreach Coordinator

Position Overview

This is a project-based role responsible for managing FOP (Field of Play)

activities and supporting outreach initiatives. The FOP & Outreach Coordinator will play a

critical role in executing operational tasks, running the entire field of play of the tournament, coordinating outreach campaigns, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all FOP tournament operations including planning, execution, and monitoring

• Support outreach activities by coordinating with stakeholders and participant engagement

• Organize and facilitate on-ground events and activities

• Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure successful outreach

   implementation

• Maintain accurate documentation of FOP activities and outreach metrics

• Handle participant registration, feedback collection, and data management

• Communicate project updates and activity reports to project leadership

• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, event coordination, or field support

• Proven experience in outreach or community engagement programs

• Proficiency with MS Office and data management tools

• Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and field travel.
