Responsibilities Execution of ECM assignments. Be a team player in transactions such as IPOs, Rights issues, Debt Issues, De-listing of Shares, Takeover code compliance, Valuation of Shares, Valuation of Business and other such capital market transactions. Work profile shall include detailed business due diligence.
