About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Creator/Talent Lead to lead on creator and talent partnerships, manage top-tier creators and lead a team of freelancers.

This role is with a boutique social, performance and PR agency, and is an opportunity for someone who understands the creator economy and knows how to turn a strong outreach strategy into meaningful partnerships. You'll work across talent engagement, contract negotiations and campaign delivery, while coordinating a freelance team to bring campaigns to life.
What you'll be doingDevelop and lead creator outreach strategies to identify, engage and secure relevant talent.Build and manage relationships with top-tier creators, acting as a key point of contact throughout the partnership.Lead contract negotiations and oversee the execution of creator agreements.Coordinate and manage a freelance team responsible for creator outreach, campaign logistics and execution.
About youYou have strong experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing or talent management.You're confident developing outreach strategies and building relationships with creators and talent, as well as negotiating partnerships and managing contracts.You have experience leading, coordinating or overseeing a team.You understand the creator economy and what makes creator partnerships effective. xzbcwsv
