Responsibilities• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives, driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, process improvements, and long-term business growth.• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship management to secure competitive pricing, improve service quality, mitigate supply chain risks, and maximize overall value.• Oversee day-to-day procurement operations, including purchasing activities, contract administration, supplier performance, and compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.• Manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement financial controls to ensure fiscal accountability, accurate reporting, and measurable improvements in procurement performance.• Oversee and optimize procurement processes within Oracle ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy, effective reporting, workflow automation, and continuous improvements in purchasing technology and system functionality.• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement professionals while establishing performance expectations, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a related field.• Experience in the healthcare industry is required.• Strong background in negotiating vendor contracts, developing supplier partnerships, and implementing cost-effective purchasing strategies.• Hands-on experience utilizing ERP systems to manage procurement activities, reporting, and operational workflows.• Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to drive organizational initiatives and process improvements.• Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract administration, supplier compliance, and internal purchasing controls. xzbcwsv
