About the Role
Yogyatha is looking for a dynamic Field Executive – Real Estate to conduct property site visits, verify property information, coordinate with customers and builders, and support field operations across Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property site visits and inspections.
- Verify property details, approvals, and site information.
- Capture property photos, videos, and location details.
- Coordinate with customers, builders, and property owners.
- Update visit reports and property data in the CRM.
- Support property onboarding and customer engagement.
- Travel across Chennai for daily field assignments.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai.
