Role Description The Information Technology Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems that support SFRI India's diagnostic operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing and monitoring IT infrastructure, providing technical support to internal teams, and addressing hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves troubleshooting system and application problems, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and implementing best practices for IT security and data integrity. The Information Technology Executive will also assist in IT planning, contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations, and support deployment and maintenance of specialized diagnostic software and systems used by the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience managing enterprise IT environments. Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve user and system issues efficiently. Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and services. Relevant academic background such as a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of IT security principles, backup and recovery procedures, and basic database or server administration. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or medical diagnostics IT environments is an advantage.What We Offer
