Intern - Solution Engineering

Position Description A hands-on internship within the Customer Engineering team, providing exposure to SaaS product support, real-world customer issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product teams. The intern will support troubleshooting activities, analyze technical issues, and assist in resolving customer queries under senior engineer guidance — building a strong foundation in SaaS solution engineering and application support. Primary Responsibilities Assist in handling Tier 4 customer support issues Troubleshoot application issues using logs, basic SQL queries, and internal tools Support senior engineers in reproducing and analyzing product issues Document solutions, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Customer Support Additional Responsibilities Gain exposure to APIs, SaaS workflows, and cloud-based applications Participate in learning sessions and internal training programs
