Join Our Team as a Maintenance Manager

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for safety and maintenance excellence? Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team at our Dodson, LA lumber mill. Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead all maintenance activities with a focus on safety and process reliability
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance processes
• Improve key performance indicators and maintenance functions
• Develop and train associates, participate in capital projects
• Ensure department budget cost effectiveness and compliance with policies

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and PLC programming
• Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance methods
• Ability to manage capital projects and achieve business goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits:

Compensation: Salary range of $106,000-$150,000 based on experience
