This is how our users will experience our products and we are obsessed with giving the best visual experience to them by shipping best-in-class products across all channels - App, Web, Terminals and others included. </p><p>We’re looking for an experienced design professional to lead product design across our Dhan and trading platforms, create intuitive user experiences, and drive design quality across complex digital products. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Expected Role &amp; Responsibilities: </strong> </p><p><strong>Product &amp; Design Execution </strong> </p><ul><li>Own and design complex, high-impact product experiences across trading, investing, portfolio management journeys. </li><li>Translate ambiguous user, product, and business challenges into intuitive and scalable design solutions. </li><li>Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences across web and mobile platforms. </li> </ul><p><strong>Design Leadership </strong> </p><ul><li>Set a high bar for design quality through hands-on execution, reviews, and mentorship. </li><li>Guide and support designers to ensure consistency, clarity, and excellence in design outcomes. </li><li>Champion design thinking and user-centric decision-making across teams. </li> </ul><p><strong>Design Systems &amp; Consistency </strong> </p><ul><li>Define and evolve the design system to enable consistency and scalability across products. </li><li>Establish and maintain UX patterns, interaction models, and visual standards. </li> </ul><p><strong>User Understanding &amp; Iteration </strong> </p><ul><li>Drive user research, usability testing, and customer feedback initiatives. </li><li>Translate user insights and product data into meaningful product improvements. </li> </ul><p><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration </strong> </p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to shape product experiences. </li><li>Balance user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements. </li> </ul><p><strong>Design Quality &amp; Ownership </strong> </p><ul><li>Own end-to-end design quality, including design reviews and design QA. </li><li>Ensure shipped experiences meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and craftsmanship. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Who We’re Looking For: </strong> </p><ul><li>10-15 years of experience in Product Design / UX / Interaction Design </li><li>Strong capability to solve complex product and UX problems. </li><li>Experience managing or mentoring designers, while remaining hands-on. </li><li>Proven track record of designing and shipping end-to-end product experiences. </li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design across consumer-facing digital products. </li><li>Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast without compromising quality. </li><li>Excellent communication skills- can articulate design decisions clearly across teams. </li><li>Prior experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Location: </strong> Goregaon West, Mumbai </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Apply Now </strong> </p><p>If you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why Join Raise? </strong> </p><p>We’re a certified Great Place to Work, and it shows in everything we do - from how we collaborate to how we celebrate wins.
