Swoon is partnered with a well-established aerospace and electronics manufacturer seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead a small team, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:Lead and develop a small team of QA Inspectors and a Quality Engineer.Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across manufacturing.Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (RCCA/CAPA).Maintain compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and FAA quality requirements.Support customer, internal, and regulatory audits.Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:Aerospace/defense manufacturing experience, ideally in electronics, avionics, or power systems.Strong AS9100, ISO 9001, and RCCA/CAPA knowledge.Quality systems lead auditor experience.Previous quality leadership experience and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. xzbcwsv Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5–7+ years of quality experience.
