About the Role We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive large-scale acquisition and activation of Authorized Persons (APs). This role will be responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a critical leadership role in scaling Jainam’s distribution network and ensuring consistent achievement of regional targets. Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Development Managers Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for AP acquisition and activation Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective action plans Drive large-scale acquisition of new Authorized Persons across the region Qualifications : 8 years of experience in sales within BFSI/Capital Markets Minimum 3 years in team handling role Strong understanding of broking channel sales and AP model Proven leadership and target achievement record Strong analytical and performance management skills Required Skills : Experience in managing multi-location sales teams Strong regional market network Strategic planning and execution capability Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills Preferred Skills : Strong regional market network Strategic planning and execution capability Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills Pay range and compensation package : Competitive compensation aligned with industry standards Equal Opportunity Statement : Jainam Broking Limited is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
