Job Description

Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• - Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions and respond appropriately.
• - Analyze social media metrics and develop reports to track performance and measure success using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite Insights.
• - Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity.
• - Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• - Manage social media advertising campaigns and brand promotions.
• - Identify and engage with industry influencers to boost the brand's reputation.
• - Develop community initiatives to engage with online audiences and build strong brand presence.

Requirements:

• - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, ideally with 1–2 years of experience.
• - Hands-on experience in content management.
• - Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• - Strong familiarity with web design and publishing.
• - Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• - Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• - Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• - Excellent communication skills.
• - Analytical and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
• - Relevant certifications in social media management or digital marketing are a plus.
• - Experience in running paid social advertising campaigns.
• - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
