Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in UAE. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, present tailored solutions, and support the sales team through the full sales cycle — from initial technical consultation to after-sales support. 

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
• Collaborate with the sales team on technical proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFQ responses
• Provide pre-sales technical support during client meetings and site visits
• Work with the engineering/production team to confirm proposed solutions are feasible
• Conduct product and application training for clients and internal sales staff
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and drawings as needed
• Support after-sales technical queries and troubleshooting
• Stay current on new products, technologies, and industry standards
• Work alongside the sales team to help achieve assigned sales targets 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute (mandatory); MBA is an added advantage
• Experience: 1–3 years in technical/pre-sales engineering preferred; freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply
• Sound understanding of mechanical systems, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly explanations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office/CAD tools and CRM software
• Willingness to travel for client visits, site surveys, and exhibitions
