Seeking a mid-level General Liability Associate with 2–8 years of post-bar experience and an active New York bar. Key Duties:Defend general liability and premises matters in New York state and federal courtManage discovery, depositions, and motion practicePrepare for mediations, hearings, and trialAdvise carriers on exposure and strategyTake ownership of files through resolution
