Moe Puppy is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to help grow our B2B network by connecting with pet grooming salons, pet stores, veterinary clinics, and distributors across India.

Job Title:  Inside Sales Executive

Location:  Gurugram (Work from Office)

Employment Type:  Full-time

Experience:  1–3 Years

What You'll Do

• Connect with pet groomers, pet stores, veterinary clinics, and distributors across India through calls,
• WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term B2B customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Moe Puppy grooming solutions.
• Maintain lead records, update the CRM, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the brand's growth.

✅ We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Target-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
• Experience in the pet care, FMCG, or beauty industry is a plus.
