Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills to assist clients effectively
- Ability to speak candidly and influence customers
- Ready to work in a dynamic work environment
- Strong inter-personal and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated in terms of your own fitness journey
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills to ensure a high-quality service
- Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred
