Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor and law firm onboarding, invoice processing, and payments.Administer industry association memberships, dues, and sponsorship payments.Maintain payment tracking and documentation in SharePoint.Coordinate with Finance on fiscal management and resource allocation.Manage executive expenses through Concur.Coordinate executive travel, meetings, and events.Support Government Affairs operations and administrative teams.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
5–7 years of experience in business operations, project management, and/or executive support.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Strong vendor management, invoice processing, financial coordination, and organizational skills.Experience with Concur, SharePoint, TeamConnect, or Collaborati is beneficial.Must be available to work onsite in Washington, DC, five days per week.
