Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full Time | Issaquah, WA | 2026–2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, short-term assignment in Issaquah, Washington . This position supports students at one elementary building and includes an SLP mentor for collaboration and support. You'll join a school team helping students build communication skills that support learning and connection. Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) one elementary building End Date: January 8, 2027 Support: SLP mentor provided Transition: Planned overlap with the returning district SLP beginning January 4 to support a smooth handoff Provide speech-language services to elementary students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Coordinate with the SLP mentor for guidance and support Collaborate with the returning district SLP to ensure a smooth transition of services Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Washington State SLP license Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in speech-language pathology Availability for the assignment through January 8, 2027 Healthcare Benefits*
