Their portfolio includes custom penthouse fit-outs, historic townhouse restorations, brownstone renovations, and ultra-luxury apartment remodels for some of New York City's most discerning homeowners, architects, and designers. Job Description As a Site Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan, you will be responsible for: Managing all day-to-day field operations on luxury residential projects Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and specialty trades Coordinating custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, metal, and finish installations Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction Leading site safety meetings and enforcing OSHA compliance Reviewing architectural drawings and design documents Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination Working closely with architects, designers, and homeowners Identifying and resolving field issues proactively Preparing daily reports and project documentation Coordinating inspections and project closeout activities Ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
