What you’ll do:Lead by example to create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.Coach and motivate sales associates to meet sales goals.Help customers discover styles that suit their needs and build lasting relationships.Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory organization.Maintain a polished sales floor that reflects the JAYNE brand.
What we’re looking for:A minimum of 2 years of experience working in women’s fashion retail is required.Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.A passion for styling, selling, and developing a team.A dependable, organized approach and the ability to prioritize in a busy retail environment. xzbcwsv Previous retail management or team leadership experience preferred.
