Promoveo Health is building a new field sales team for a global medical technology leader, and we're looking for driven Territory Sales Representatives to help expand access to urology and continence care solutions within VA- Run Community based Outpatient Clinics.
This is an opportunity to join a program from the ground up, own your territory, and help connect veterans with products that can make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.
What You'll DoOwn and grow relationships across VA Medical Centers and outpatient clinicsCall on Urology, Spinal Cord Injury, Primary Care, Home Care, Prosthetics, Nursing, and other key departmentsEducate clinicians and staff on urology and continence care solutionsDrive product adoption and new patient starts within your territoryNavigate VA purchasing, prescribing, and product-access pathwaysBuild relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical champions, prosthetics, logistics, and administrative teamsConduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical educationDevelop and execute strategic territory and account plansMaintain accurate daily sales activity and follow-up in CRMPartner with your Field Sales Manager and client commercial team to drive territory performance
What We're Looking For3+ years of B2B sales experienceMedical device, medical supply, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience strongly preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceProven history of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong territory management and relationship-building skillsAbility to confidently engage clinicians, nurses, and healthcare decision-makersSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large geographyCRM experience and strong reporting disciplineValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel
