What You'll DoDesign and build scalable data and analytics solutionsPartner with business leaders to turn complex requirements into actionable insightsDevelop modern data pipelines, integrations, and analytics capabilitiesInfluence architecture decisions, standards, and best practicesEvaluate emerging technologies, AI use cases, and advanced analytics opportunitiesHelp establish the foundation for AAR's future data strategy
What You'll Work WithDatabricks, Snowflake, AzurePython, PySpark, SQLData architecture, pipelines, APIs, and analyticsAI and advanced analytics initiatives
What We're Looking For7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Solution ArchitectureStrong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, Databricks, and SnowflakeExperience designing cloud-based data and analytics platformsAbility to bridge technical solutions with business outcomesA builder's mindset and passion for solving complex problems

Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus. xzbcwsv
