We are looking for an experienced Senior Tour Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of international destinations, excellent itinerary planning skills, and enjoy interacting with clients, we'd love to hear from you.

• Design customized international holiday packages based on client requirements.
• Handle end-to-end travel consultation, including destination planning and budgeting.
• Prepare detailed quotations and day-wise itineraries in the form of tour decks.
• Advise clients on hotels, sightseeing, transportation, visas, and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and international partners for seamless execution.
• Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective consultation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

• 3–7+ years of experience in international holiday planning.
• Strong destination knowledge of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Southeast Asia, and other popular destinations.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to prepare professional tour decks, quotations and detailed itineraries.
• Experience with travel supplier portals, and reservation systems is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–7+ years of experience in international holiday sales and tour consulting.
• Proven experience in designing customized FIT and small group international itineraries.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations such as Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa .
• Good understanding of visa processes, travel documentation, travel insurance, and international travel logistics.
• Experience using travel reservation systems, hotel supplier portals, DMCs, and CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple enquiries, and consistently achieve sales targets.
  

• Destination certifications from tourism boards are an added advantage.
• Existing relationships with DMCs, hotels, and travel suppliers.
• Experience in handling premium/luxury and customized travel.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and handle complex client requirements.
