Customer Support Specialist (Tier 1) | US Shift About the Role We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Tier 1) to join the CrewgleAI support team. In this role, you'll assist customers via chat, troubleshoot product issues, investigate bugs, and work closely with our engineering team to deliver an excellent customer experience. If you're tech-savvy, enjoy solving problems, and have excellent written communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Provide customer support via chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Reproduce bugs and document findings for the engineering team. Create and maintain help articles and internal documentation. Monitor user sessions to identify common issues. Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution. Requirements Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or a customer-facing role. Excellent written English communication skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable learning new software quickly. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace. Available to work US shifts. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SaaS products and/or prior experience in the real estate industry (e.g., Real Estate Agent, Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Admin, or Property Management) is highly preferred. Experience with Intercom or similar help desk software. Experience writing knowledge base/help documentation. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
