We’re seeking a Safety Manager with experience in both construction and service operations to support our field teams in Chandler, Arizona.Reporting to the Safety Director, you’ll combine safety knowledge, training experience, and strong people skills to help employees navigate the challenges of their daily work. This role places a strong emphasis on building relationships, supporting field employees, and delivering effective training.
What You’ll DoSupport safety practices across construction and service operations.Connect with field employees and provide clear, practical safety guidance.Deliver training that helps teams understand and apply safe work practices.Assist with case management and related coordination.Collaborate with the Safety Director and operational leaders.Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive support.
What You’ll BringSafety experience supporting both construction and service businesses.Case management experience.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to build trust with field teams and provide hands-on support.Experience delivering safety training.OSHA 500 and OSHA 510 are a plus to support in-house training.
