POSITION: Retail Customer Support Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer interactions through designated support channels.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and brand representation.
Meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
COMPENSATION & REWARDS
Annual CTC: 4.2 LPA • Monthly CTC: 35,000
Approximate Monthly In-Hand: 32,000
Additional incentives over and above salary.
WORK SCHEDULE:
5 Days Working Per Week
9-Hour Rotational Shifts (Including 1 Hour Break)
Effective Working Hours: 8 Hours Per Day
Rotational Weekly Offs ELIGIBILITY
Undergraduate with 6month Experience & Graduate Fresher Candidates Can Apply
Minimum Age: 18 Years • Candidates pursuing regular/full-time courses are not eligible.
LEAVE POLICY:
No planned leaves allowed during the first 3 months of employment.
