Primary responsibilities: Identifying, locating and proposing new potential sites by conducting extensive market survey and exploring new opportunities Responsible for shortlisting and finalizing potential location for new store opening with the aim of creating more sales for business. Preparing and presenting a detailed market survey PPT & MOU trigger to senior management Negotiation with vendors, finalize and ensure sites available for timely opening as per business plan Ensure smooth handover to the projects team with complete civil work as per terms. Provide CAD drawings and coordinate with vendor (landlord) to ensure execution of the project as per terms.
