Workday Technical Integration | Assistant Manager / Manager / Associate Director

Location - Bangaore/ Hyderabad

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Workday Technical professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Extend, Integrations and Workday technical solutions . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting scalable Workday solutions across Extend, Integrations, Reporting and related Workday technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Workday Extend applications using Extend Studio, App Builder and related Workday development frameworks.
• Build custom applications, workflows, pages, cards, tasks and Orchestrations to extend Workday capabilities.
• Work with Workday business objects, custom objects, calculated fields and the Workday data model.
• Develop and consume Workday REST/SOAP Web Services, WQL and RaaS as application data sources.
• Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors and Document Transformation .
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
• Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON and API-based integrations .
• Develop and support Advanced, Matrix, Composite and BIRT Reports .
• Work on Workday Security , including ISU, ISSG, API clients and security configurations.
• Integrate Extend applications with Workday Business Processes, notifications, reports and integrations.
• Support Payroll integrations such as PECI/PICOF and middleware integrations where required.
• Lead technical requirement gathering, solution design and technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, migration and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Extend applications, integrations and reporting solutions.
• Support Workday release cycles, regression testing and impact assessment.
• Work closely with Workday Functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain technical specifications, solution designs, deployment documentation and support documentation.
• For Manager/Associate Director levels, lead technical teams, mentor consultants and own end-to-end technical delivery and client engagements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend .
• Experience with Workday Extend Studio / App Builder .
• Experience with Workday Orchestrations .
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio and EIB .
• Experience with Core Connectors / Cloud Connectors .
• Strong understanding of Workday Web Services, REST and SOAP APIs .
• Experience with WQL and RaaS .
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath and JSON .
• Experience with Workday Reporting and BIRT .
• Knowledge of Workday Security, ISU and ISSG .
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials.
• Experience with Workday Payroll integrations – PECI/PICOF is an advantage.
• Ability to independently design, develop, test and troubleshoot complex Workday technical solutions.

Certification

• Workday Integration Certification is mandatory.
• Workday Core Certification is preferred.
• Workday Extend Certification is highly preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant Workday experience .
• Experience across multiple full-cycle Workday implementations .
• Strong implementation and production-support experience.
• For Manager/Associate Director levels, experience in technical leadership, solution design, client management and mentoring is preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA or equivalent full-time qualification
