Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Backup Engineer – L2 to manage enterprise backup infrastructure, troubleshoot critical backup/recovery issues, and support disaster recovery and backup strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise backup infrastructure .
- Troubleshoot critical backup and recovery issues.
- Perform advanced backup and restore troubleshooting.
- Execute and support DR testing .
- Optimize backup performance, capacity, and configurations.
- Support implementation of backup and recovery strategies.
- Participate in audits and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate with L1/L3, infrastructure, storage, and application teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
