Role:

The Manager-Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) role is responsible for overseeing and managing the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities and working closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support.

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. Work closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support. Manage the Portfolio Composition File (PCF) process, which defines the exact basket of securities and cash to be exchanged for ETF units. Facilitate the creation and redemption of ETF shares for Authorized Participants (APs) by validating and processing orders, and ensuring the delivery and receipt of securities. Perform basket validation before settlement to ensure accurate execution of trades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ETF operations. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.

Criteria: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Overall 10+ years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities. Strong understanding of capital markets and asset management domain. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
