Job title: Oracle HCM Absence and OTL Lead

Job description:

Lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Absence Management and OTL modules. Serve as the primary point of contact with business stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with business processes and compliance requirements. Translate business needs into functional configurations and customizations, including writing and validating Fast Formulas. Guide and manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle — requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving process improvement and adoption of best practices. Collaborate with technical teams for integration and reporting requirements. Provide thought leadership and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & experience:

Minimum of 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with specific focus on Absence and OTL modules. Strong knowledge of employment legislation as it pertains to leave, working time, and payroll integration. Demonstrated hands-on configuration experience, including Fast Formulas for Absence and OTL. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and lead project teams across onshore and offshore delivery models
