Role Description Barchart is seeking a staff accountant to join its Finance team. This person will support day-to-day accounting functions primarily associated with invoicing, collections, andresponding to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments. Other duties include assisting in general ledger accounting, bank and other balance sheet account reconciliations, financial statement preparation and review, preparing and reviewing KPIs, and other Accounting and Human Resource projects as they arise. xzbcwsv You will work closely with the CFO, the COO and two other finance team members.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accountingModerate Microsoft Excel skillsAn eye for details and the ability to deliver accurate output in a timely mannerExceptional Customer Service skillsKnowledge of GAAPStrong organizational skills and the ability to adapt and prioritizeMust be able to come to the Chicago office on most Tuesdays and ThursdaysWe are looking for the right person to grow with us and be a member of the team for a long time, so you can be a recent graduate, that we will train, or you can be an experienced person that can teach us.
