Project Coordinator/Sales & Growth

The MindVeda is looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator - Sales & Growth to join our team in Delhi.

If you are someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, can take ownership of tasks, and is interested in working in the mental health and social impact space, we'd love to hear from you.

• Coordinate projects, meetings, and day-to-day activities
• Manage and follow up on leads and potential clients/partners
• Support sales and business development activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Maintain records, reports, and project updates
• Assist with marketing, outreach, events, and campaigns
• Ensure smooth and professional communication with clients

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree
• Strong command of English communication (written & verbal)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with basic tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, email, and WhatsApp
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Interest in mental health/social impact is a plus
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Location: Delhi

Experience: 0-7 months

Working Days: 6 days a week

Work Mode: On-site
