We are hiring  Knowledge Process Associates (KPA)for a leading domestic BPO in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while following defined processes and quality standards.

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
• Understand and resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
• Provide appropriate information and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

• Graduate in  Science, Pharmacy, or a related field .
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, KPO, BPO, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
