Job Description: CRM Sales Manager CTC: ₹4-6 Lakhs per annum Experience: 4-7 years Industry: Ecommerce, consumer Brands, B2B Companies Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Handle incoming leads and calls from potential customers and clients. Engage with ecommerce and project leads to understand their requirements. Convert leads into successful sales, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel. Customer & Client Support: Provide exceptional customer and client support for ecommerce and project-related inquiries. Manage and resolve client complaints and after-sales service issues promptly and effectively. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, analyze sales data, and track performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Industry Experience: Must have prior experience in Interiors & Furniture industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis. Basic knowledge of seller panels on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. Familiarity with CRM software such as Freshdesk, MyOperator, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms. Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with strong email writing skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, handle client complaints, and provide after-sales support. Customer Relationship Management: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to manage relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within furniture industry only.
