Customer relationship management executive

About the Role

As a Client Delight Executive (Relationship Manager) at My Gate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their journey from onboarding and account management to renewals, while working closely with internal teams to address their needs and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related queries and requirements. Manage the complete client lifecycle, including onboarding, account management, engagement, and renewals. Understand clients' business needs and objectives and provide relevant solutions. Develop a strong understanding of My Gate's products and services and guide clients effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. Monitor client accounts and proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns. Drive timely renewals and ensure a smooth renewal process. Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication with clients. Regularly engage with clients to understand their feedback, requirements, and overall satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, customer success, CRM, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Comfortable working with multiple clients and managing priorities. Candidates who are proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership will be preferred.
