Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Working Days: 5 Days a Week, 2 Rotational off

Shifts : Rotational shift (Including Rotational weekends and holidays)

Salary: ₹4 LPA to 4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities: Handle chats, or emails professionally. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints. Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines. Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately. Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity. Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.

Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate (Any stream). or12th with 6 months experience Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates an apply. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English ) Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs).
