The New York office is expanding and seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing team handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who values detailed transactional work, teamwork and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.
ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactionsReview title commitments, surveys and related documentation with accuracy and efficiencyPrepare and coordinate commercial leasing documents and other transaction materialsManage transaction documents, deadlines and closing processes while working with attorneys, clients and lenders
Qualifications5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience within a leading law firm, with hands-on expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey reviews, financing, and leasing. xzbcwsv Strong knowledge of title, survey, financing and leasing transactions, with a college degree and paralegal certificateStrong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environmentProficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
