Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Provide prompt and professional onboarding and support through email, chat, and Zoom.
• Understand client requirements and provide solutions that meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients at all levels.
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to understand client business requirements and provide effective solutions.
• 1–4 years in customer success, account management, or client-facing SaaS support roles preferred; familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
