Senior SAP BTP Architect - Full Remote

For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Senior SAP BTP Architect for a Full Remote position .

The consultant will support a major SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation and expansion of the SAP Business Technology Platform landscape. The position combines BTP solution architecture with hands-on development , including cloud applications, S/4HANA extensions, process automation, integrations and SAP Business AI.

Candidates need to be willing to work US office hours.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design scalable SAP BTP architectures and side-by-side S/4HANA extensions ;
• Design solutions following SAP Clean Core principles;
• Develop cloud-native applications using SAP CAP with Node.js and/or Java ;
• Design CAP data models, business logic, REST/OData services and integrations;
• Develop applications using SAP RAP , including CDS Views, business objects and OData services;
• Develop SAP Fiori Elements, SAPUI5 and SAP Build Apps solutions;
• Design and implement workflows using SAP Build Process Automation ;
• Integrate SAP Build solutions with S/4HANA, CAP, RAP and Integration Suite;
• Develop and configure SAP Joule / SAP Business AI capabilities;
• Develop proofs of concept using BTP, SAP Build, Joule, CAP and RAP;
• Configure BTP subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, connectivity and role collections;
• Design authentication and authorization solutions;
• Integrate SAP BTP with S/4HANA, SAP HANA Cloud and external systems ;
• Establish Git, CI/CD, transport management, monitoring and testing practices;
• Troubleshoot application, integration, security and deployment issues;
• Produce architecture and technical documentation.

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• 12+ years of SAP architecture, development and implementation experience ;
• Strong hands-on experience delivering production solutions on SAP BTP ;
• Strong knowledge of BTP subaccounts, entitlements, destinations, connectivity and security;
• Advanced hands-on experience with SAP CAP , including CDS and Node.js and/or Java;
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP RAP ;
• Experience with SAP Fiori Elements, SAPUI5 and/or SAP Build Apps ;
• Strong experience with SAP Build Process Automation ;
• Hands-on experience with SAP Joule / SAP Business AI ;
• Strong understanding of Clean Core and S/4HANA extensibility ;
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud;
• Experience with cloud security and role-based authorization;
• Experience with Git and CI/CD;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent in English.
