Painter/Polisher

• Assist the Engineering Supervisor in maintenance of the Painting/Polishing equipment.
• To execute and maintain the painting of the building (interior and exterior).
• Maintain quality of work in order to meet the standards of the company
• Execute any plaster repairs, drywall boarding and taping, and wallpapering.
• Ensure to perform any type of epoxy coatings.
• Ensure minor glazing and caulking as and when required
• Surface preparation, putty and primer application, emulsion/enamel painting, wood polishing and varnishing, colour matching, touch-up work, minor repair work, and adherence to safety standards

• 2–3 years relevant experience; preferably in a hotel, luxury property, commercial building, or facility management
• Wood polishing, varnishing, furniture/door polishing and touch-up work
• Preferred, particularly experience in a 4/5-star hotel
