You'll be: Operating and tending stick-pack packaging machines to ensure quality and quantity standards are met Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), health, and hygiene protocols, including appropriate gowning and glove changes Cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas according to approved procedures Monitoring production lines and product specifications, inspecting products, and adjusting machine settings as needed Removing finished packaged items, separating rejected items, and replenishing packaging supplies Stopping or resetting machines, clearing jams, and reporting malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors Working cooperatively with co-workers and maintaining punctual attendance Performing other duties as assigned by the Production Manager This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous experience as a machine operator, especially with tableting press, powder blending, or stick pouching equipment (preferred) Can stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs Are comfortable using personal protective equipment (PPE) including ear plugs, gloves, lab coat, hair net, and face mask Possess basic math skills and can read, write, and speak English Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) Are reliable with a commitment to safety and quality standards What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
