Salary: up to $165k DOE + TravelWe're working with an established, growing fire protection contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager for its data center division. You'll lead large, technically complex fire sprinkler installations in one of the fastest-growing parts of commercial construction, and you'll have full ownership of your projects and a supportive leadership team behind you.What you'll doManage data center fire sprinkler projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and marginServe as the main contact for customers, GCs, and inspectorsManage change orders promptly and drive margin improvement on every jobPrepare monthly cost-to-complete reports and review budget-vs-actual job costingOversee subcontractors and approve their invoicesCoordinate superintendents, designers, estimators, and project coordinators on schedules, fabrication, and deliveriesMake sure work meets NFPA codes, project specifications, and AHJ requirementsLead with a safety-first approach, including regular jobsite visits and holding the team accountableWhat you bring5+ years of fire sprinkler construction project management experienceNICET Level II or xzbcwsv higherStrong NFPA knowledge and the ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawingsExperience with Procore or similar project management softwareStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsValid driver's license, a clean driving record, and willingness to travelWhat's offeredCompetitive base salary plus performance incentives
